From the intense aroma of Trevi’s extra virgin olive oil to the prestigious wines of Montefalco, from the legumes and grains of Valnerina to the cheeses and cured meats of the Umbrian hills, every ingredient is carefully chosen to highlight the authentic taste of this land.

Our menu follows the rhythm of the seasons, because true excellence is born from freshness and authenticity.

On cold winter days, the warmth of our cozy dining room embraces guests in an intimate and refined atmosphere, where the aroma of freshly served dishes blends with the scent of a crackling fireplace. Here, among soft lighting and the pleasure of fine dining, every moment becomes an experience to be savored slowly and intensely.

The original owner’s house has been renovated with attention to every detail.

The restaurant can hold up to 170 guests and is open to the general public too.

Products used by our Chef are exclusively local products found in Umbria. From the adjacent working farm and orchards owned by the Ceccaroni family comes extra virgin olive oil Dop the best quality.

Comfort and elegance

The interior room dedicated to the ceremonies and weddings can accommodate up to 250 people in a single environment where elegant furniture create a refined atmosphere; outside the large park, two outdoor swimming pools and expertly arranged for special occasions are the perfect set to live an unforgettable day.
